Bhakti Yoga:- From the word itself you can understand it emphasis on love and devotion. There is no particular asana or pose to perform but you can practice bhakti yoga by chanting mantras, singing bhakti songs, observing any external object etc. In this yoga, you have to make your mind clear and energize your body.
Hatha Yoga:- It includes physical yogas in which eight limbs and one is asana.In the practice of hatha yoga, a person moves from pose to pose by focusing on breathing and meditation.
Karma Yoga:- It teaches us to live life without desiring much about future. It doesn't mean that you should not plan anything for future but to control human desires and wants.
Jnana Yoga:- In the practice of jnana yoga, mind works for wisdom and knowledge. By meditation, jnana yoga helps to excel the mind's knowledge level and concentration.
Raja Yoga:- It is considered as a royal the way of self-realization where a person meditates by observing at a point. A person concentrates on a single object/point for maintaining the focus.
Mantra Yoga:- In this yoga, you need to repeat a particular mantra in a rhythm. A person can repeat the mantra or phrase for some time.
Tantra Yoga:- It is said that tantra yoga is uncommon yoga practice which involved sexual experience as a means to enlightenment.
