Namaste is a word which is used by individual to greet or wish others. It is a Sanskrit word which means 'I Bow to you'. You can also perform Namaste yoga to keep yourself healthy.

How to Perform Namaste Yoga:

It is very simple and effective yoga posture.

  • Join your hands (like prayer position) and place it near heart chakra.
  • Close your eyes and bow the head
  • Maintain the position for some time

You would feel relaxed and calmness in the mind after performing Namaste yoga. While practicing this yoga, a person brings hands close to the heart and this posture increases the flow of heavenly love. It is peace giving meditation which provides mental relief.
